（1）bring 意为“带来”，指把某人（物）从别处拿到或带到说话处来，经常与here连用。（由远到近）例如：

Please bring some water here.

请拿一些水到这儿来。

（2）take 意为“拿走；带走”，和bring 意思相反，指把某人（某物）从说话处“拿走；带走”，经常与there,away等词连用。（由近到远）例如：

Please take these books to the library for me.

请帮我把这些书带到图书馆去。

（3）fetch 意为“拿来；取来”，有往返的含义。例如：

Fetch me that book.

把那本书拿来给我。

（4）They are carrying some paintings to the art gallery.

他们正在把一些画带到美术馆去。
