1.不可数的名词

a.不可数名词在句子中一般被视为单数。比如：There is some water in the bottle.

b.不可数名词前不能用a/an,但可以用the,比如：

The coffee tastes good.

the tea in the cup is for you.

c.表示一类事物的不可数名词在句中作主语时，谓物动词用单数形式，比如：

Iron is very hard.

Glass is an important material.玻璃是一种重要的材料。

d.表示两类以上事物的不可数名词作主语时，谓语动词用复数形式：

比如：Bread and milk are on the table.

Air and water are important to life.
