为女儿庆生，3月1日，梁咏琪在微博中晒出和老公sergio一起为女儿sofia庆生的照片，附文称： 简单的diy布置、朋友亲手做的蛋糕、加上一些亲朋好友，今晚一齐吃素为sofia庆祝两岁生日。平安喜乐！感恩满足！ 2011年10月3日，梁咏琪与西班牙男友sergio举行婚礼。2015年2月28日晚，梁咏琪顺利产下一女。

据香港媒体报道，梁咏琪最近正忙于拍摄,但前日她向公司请假回港为女儿庆生。

昨日（2月28日）在facebook上晒出女儿的照片，并代sofia留言： 早上已经收到很多auntieuncle祝福！谢谢你们！请大家不用为我买礼物，妈妈说我玩具衫裤已经很够，可以善用买礼物的钱去帮助其他小朋友就更好，你们的祝福已经是最好的礼物！
